BUSHFIRE GAMES / NUNCHOOKS

YOUR DETAILS, RESPECTED.

Last updated: 13 October 2026.

This notice covers the NUNCHOOKS website and mailing list run by Jack at Bushfire Games. For questions about your information, email gday@nunchooks.com.

JOINING THE FLOCK

Our signup button opens a form hosted by Brevo. When you subscribe, we use your email address and any information you choose to supply on that form to send NUNCHOOKS development updates and playtest news. You confirm your subscription through an email link before joining the list.

Brevo processes the signup and email delivery for us. Its service may also process technical information, such as your IP address and subscription or delivery records. See Brevo’s privacy policy for information about its processing, service providers and international transfers.

LEAVING THE LIST

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter, or contact gday@nunchooks.com for help. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails. A record of your preference may be retained to avoid adding you back accidentally. You can also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information.

EMAIL ENQUIRIES

If you email us, we use your address and the contents of your message to respond and manage that conversation. Enquiries are handled through our Google Workspace mailbox. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that we do not need.

WEBSITE AND EXTERNAL SERVICES

The website does not currently include advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Fonts and artwork are served with the site. Opening the Brevo form takes you to a separate service with its own privacy and cookie information. Email services may record delivery, opens and link clicks depending on their settings.

KEEPING INFORMATION

Subscription information is used while you remain on the mailing list. Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with the conversation and related administration. Contact us if you want us to review or remove information we hold about you.

PLAYTESTS

The mailing list is for news. Any future playtest that needs extra personal information will explain what is needed at that stage.
