What is NUNCHOOKS?
An action game starring seven kung-fu chicken nuns in an offbeat Australia. Kylie sets out to rescue her sisters and help wildlife affected by the blight.
When can I play?
The game is in development. Release is planned for the end of 2026. Join the mailing list for development updates and playtest news.
Which headset is it being made for?
Meta Quest 3 is the lead platform. Support for other headsets has not been confirmed.
What does mixed reality mean here?
The adventure is being developed to appear in your real surroundings, with the action imagined around your own table. Features are still in development.
Will there be a PC or mobile version?
PC and mobile versions are planned for later. Dates and device requirements have not been announced.
How do I become a playtester?
Join the flock to hear when testing opens. Invitations will explain the requirements and how to access the build. Joining the mailing list does not guarantee a place.
Is there an age rating?
An official age rating has not been announced. Parents and guardians should wait for the rating and playtest guidance before deciding whether the game is suitable for their child.
Are these gameplay screenshots?
The site currently uses character art and development visuals. They show the intended world and tone, rather than finished gameplay.
How is AI involved?
